Cuisine of Nepal is founded by Chef Prem Tamang, born and raised in Nepal in a Tamang family. From working as a porter in Kathmandu to mastering Nepali culinary arts, he developed his passion for authentic flavors.
After moving to the United States, he dedicated himself to sharing the rich taste of Himalayan cuisine with the Bay Area community. Chef Prem prepares every dish with fresh ingredients, handcrafted spices, and Nepal's traditional cooking techniques.
